How To Receive the AIB
Your Auction In A Box (AIB) arrives sealed and ready to go. Simply cut the tape, open the box, and you’ll find your items safely packaged with protective materials. Inside, you’ll also see your bid sheets, item labels, and return instructions neatly organized. Make sure to review the packing list matches the items you received, and don't forget to save the packing materials.​

How to Display Your AIB

Each item comes ready to display—just remove it from the packaging and place it on the cardboard easel provided. Use the included bid sheets to clearly identify each item, and include a pen. If possible, elevate higher-end pieces to eye level for better visibility. Keep the table neat and clutter-free to draw attention.​
How to Assemble the Cardboard Easels

1. Start with Panel #1 and fold it down and toward the inside of the easel.
2. Fold and Insert Panel #2a downward, then slide it into the slot labeled #2b on the left side.
3. Fold and Insert Panel #3a downward, then slide it into the slot labeled #3b on the right side.
4. Done! Your easel is now assembled and ready to hold your display piece.
How to Reconcile Your AIB

After the event, let us know which items were sold, and which items are returning (if any). Sold Extras? No problem, we can drop ship extra items to you or your customers. We’ll invoice you for each item sold at their set cost, and you keep the difference.

Keep all boxes and packing material from the original shipment. Rewrap any unsold items with original packaging, and place them in the original box. Place the FedEx Ground Pick-Up label on the outside of the box. Call FedEx at (800) 463-3339 and tell them you have a "Ground Pick-Up."
