Your Auction In A Box (AIB) arrives sealed and ready to use!
Simply cut the tape, open the box, and discover your items safely packed with protective materials. The auction packet included inside each box has bid sheets, item labels, and return instructions. Be sure to review the packing list to ensure all items are accounted for, and don’t forget to save the packaging materials for easy packing and shipping later. It’s that simple—your stress-free auction setup starts here!
IMPORTANT: KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL & BOXES
Each auction item arrives ready to display—unpackage the box and place the memorabilia item on the cardboard easel provided. Use the included bid sheets to clearly identify the item, and don’t forget to include a pen.
Position your auction table in a prominent spot and elevate higher-end items to eye level for better visibility. Keep the table neat and clutter-free to attract attention and encourage bids.
To maximize exposure, mention the auction table and items several times during your event. As the closing time approaches, make announcements to remind attendees so that last-minute bids can be placed.
A well-organized display makes your auction more appealing and successful!

After the event, you will receive an email with a reconciliation link. Use the email address and invoice number provided to log in and mark which items were sold.
If multiple items are sold, we can bulk ship the items directly to the event coordinator at no extra cost. If we drop ship items directly to customers, a shipping fee will apply.

Keep all boxes and packing material from the original shipment. Rewrap any unsold items with the original packaging and place them in the original box. Place the FedEx Ground Pick-Up label on the outside of the box. Go online to https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ and request a "Ground Pick-Up."
